Project Description

Modernization of select portions of campus to address accessibility deficiencies and necessary upgrades to electrical, fire alarm, mechanical & plumbing systems. Site improvements include: increasing the height of CMU screen wall near the front of campus for security, providing sewer lift to northwest portion of campus. Building improvements include: at plaza building ‘b’ provide one bottle fill drinking fountain, expand and renovate the student restrooms, new staff restrooms, storage room and necessary upgrades to the buildings mechanical & plumbing systems. New fire alarm throughout entire campus.
