Project Description

This project includes the construction of a multi-purpose gymnasium building and administrative facility. The scope of work includes the demolition of the existing multi-purpose gymnasium and kitchen building, shade structure, walkway canopies, and parking and drop off lanes. It includes the construction of a wood-framed building with complete MEP systems, fire alarm and automatic fire sprinklers. The construction of asphaltic concrete parking areas and fire lane with drop off aisle, concrete curb and gutter, concrete walks , site grading, storm water management improvements, landscaping and irrigation.
