Project Description

Expansion of the emergency department at Mercy Medical Center Mt. Shasta located at 914 Pine Street, Mt. Shasta, CA. The Work will be performed in three phases:

• Phase A: Site work to relocate existing underground utilities outside of the new building footprint, make-ready measures for temporary access to and from the existing emergency department during construction, demolition of the existing drop off canopy, and miscellaneous demolition required for construction of the new addition;
• Phase B: Build out of a new emergency department addition including, ambulance and patient drop off areas, trauma rooms, treatment rooms and waiting rooms; and
• Phase C: Remodel existing trauma rooms, treatment rooms, orthopedic areas, and physician sleep rooms.
