Project Description

Work consists of demolition of the existing fire station and construction of a standard 3-Bay fire station: 2-engine, 3-bay fire station (R-2/B/S-2 occupancies), generator/pump building (F1 occupancy), storage building (S-2 occupancy), carport (u occupancy), trash enclosure, above ground fuel vault on-site improvements include grading, pavement, utilities, septic system, LPG tank, drainage, site curb/gutter/sidewalks, site lighting, site fencing, hose wash rack, hydrants, flagpole, facility sign, landscaping, and irrigation. Demolition work includes removal of existing structures, hose rack, tanks, poles, towers, signs, a/c, paving, concrete, sidewalks, curbs, trees and related utilities.
