Project Description

The new 36,000-square-foot housing unit will include 83 rooms (6 Single Capacity, 77 Double Capacity), along with one ARD apartment, three community kitchens, laundry facilities, study and game rooms, and shared community spaces designed to foster a supportive and engaging environment for students. The project is 100% state-funded, with a total investment of approximately $30 million. In compliance with state law, the housing will be classified as affordable, ensuring access for students in need. Construction is now officially underway, and the college anticipates opening the new housing facility in Fall 2027.
